In response to the government’s recent endorsement of regulation regarding the appointment of resource persons (RP) and removal of all working RPs from their post, the teachers association and unions will be announcing protest programmes by July 29. Keshab Prasad Bhattarai, president of Nepal Teachers’ Union, said discussion is going on, but as the national convention of the Nepal National Teachers’ Association is starting from tomorrow. “We will announce the programmes after discussion with all members associated with the teachers’ organisations by July 29,” said Bhattarai.
