KATHMANDU: A 17-year-old boy has been arrested by police for possession of a loaded gun on Tuesday.

The arrestee has been identified as Suresh Negi, a permanent resident of Gimdi-8, Lalitpur.

He was engaged in an altercation with his uncle after firing the loaded gun. However, he was taken under the control by locals while he was trying to load the second bullet and handed over him to the Police Post at Gimdi.

The local police post is looking after the case.
