Temperature starts to plunge in Kathmandu
KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division on Sunday asserted that monsoon has made its exit and the temperature in Kathmandu can now be expected to plunge in the upcoming days.
According to MFD, today's maximum temperature was recorded at 26-degree Celcius and lowest at 13-degree Celsius in Kathmandu.
Meteorological Forecasting Division’s senior meteorologist Raju Pradhananga said, at this time, the impact of westerly cold wind remains effective.
The Division has predicted light rain at one and two places of eastern and central-hilly regions. The remaining parts are expected to witness fair weather.
Likewise, the weather of eastern and central hilly regions are likely to be partly cloudy on Monday.
