KATHMANDU: Main opposition Nepali Congress Lawmaker Gagan Thapa on Thursday criticised Madan Bhandari Science and Technology University Bill, which was presented in the House of Representative by the government.

Talking part during thematic discussion of the bill, Thapa said the government should withdraw the bill. “Provisions in the bill will result in misuse of tax-payer’s money. It is not good to open these kinds of institutions in the name of party leaders,” he said.
