Thapa wants end of three-party ‘syndicate’

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N) Chairman Kamal Thapa demanded that the government include all ‘national forces’ in consultations regarding latest political developments.

The chairman of the fourth largest political party in the Parliament said the three major political parties – Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and UCPN-Maoist – should not impose any “syndicate” on issues of the national interests.

“I request the government to move ahead by maintaining unity and cooperation among all national forces and ending the three-party syndicate as the nation is in crisis,” Thapa tweeted on Friday.
