Theft Cases reported from assorted locations of Kathmandu
KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 270,000 were stolen from a room in Kirtipur Municipality-9 of Kathmandu district on Wednesday night, police said.
According to police, an unidentified gang broke into the rented room of Bigyan Adhikari and Dambar Chauhan, both of Bhojpur district and made off with Rs 30,000 cash, a mobile and a laptop.
Similarly, six laptops were stolen from the Balaju Auto Workshop Pvt Ltd in Balaju Industrial Area of KMC-16.
Meanwhile, local police are investigating the cases and searching for the absconding perpetrators, said police.
