KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 129,000 was stolen from a house in Ashok Tole of Mahalaxmi Municipality-18 on Monday.

According to a complaint lodged with police, unidentified thieves barged into the unattended house of Muna Luintel after breaking the padlock of the main door and decamped with various gold, silver and diamond ornaments.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
