KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 205,000 was stolen from an unattended rented room in Talchhikhel, LSMC-14 on Thursday.

An unidentified gang of thieves had targeted the room of Sunil Ghalane in Talchhikhel of Lalitpur before they made off with various gold ornaments and Rs 50,000 cash.

The thieves had broken a padlock to make off the property.

Police have launched a manhunt to nab the suspects and further investigation is underway.
