KATHMANDU: Police on Sunday arrested three persons for their alleged involvement in a robbery case reported on Saturday.

The suspects allegedly robbed Biwakar Mandal (27), a permanent resident of Kamalpura of Saptari district, of his motorcycle bill book, a Samsung mobile, a wristwatch and Rs 14,800 from Santinagar, Baneshwor, according to police.

The suspects were arrested from Jadibuti of Kathmandu yesterday in possession of the robbed bill book, mobile phone and Rs 5,000 cash, police said.

Further investigation is underway.
