Three property crimes reported
KATHMANDU: Police reported three incidents of property crime from various places of Kathmandu Valley on Friday.
Property worth Rs 260,000 was stolen from the Advance Human Resource Manpower Company in Samakhusi, KMC-29 yesterday, police said.
An unidentified gang broke into the office and made off with four computers and an inverter, according to police.
The recruitment agency was operated by Raju Kumar Baniya and Pradeep Gautam.
In another case, the Him Electronics Private Limited in Barahi, Bhaktapur Municipality-16 was burgled.
The burglars had broken the shutter before making off with valuables worth Rs 1.08 million including 11 LED television sets and 11 Galaxy mobile sets.
The shop was run by Muna Thapa, a resident of Kapan in Kathmandu.
Also in Bhaktapur, gold ornaments weighing seven tolas, worth around Rs 350,000, was stolen from the house of Jagadish Ngakhusi in Sundarbasti, Suryabinayak-5 of Bhaktapur.
While looking for all suspects, police are investigating into the case.
