KATHMANDU: Tsum Welfare Committee (TWC), an NGO, is organising a Tsum Valley charity documentary and photography exhibition for the welfare of Tsum Valley. The Valley in the remote region in northern Gorkha was opened for trekking on February 30, 2008. A statement issued by the TWC said very little information of the valley is available due to its restricted status. It said the NGO is working on an integrated approach to develop sustainable mountain tourism there. The documentary, aimed at promoting the Valley, presents Tsum's natural beauty and ancient cultural values.
