KATHMANDU: Police said two elderly men were found dead from assorted locations of the Kathmandu Valley, on Saturday.

A 60-year-old man, Him Bahadur Shahi of Baniyatar in Tokha Municipality-11, was found dead at his bathroom of the two-storey house.

His 22-year-old son Anurag Shahi had informed the police about the incident after his father failed to respond for long.

Later, police broke into the bathroom only to recover Shahi motionless, informed the police.

Similarly, an 84-year-old Bharat Bahadur Dani Chhetri was also found dead at Sundarighat along the Bagmati River of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-3, on Saturday.

He was currently residing near near the Kumari Club, in Balkhu, police added.

Investigation into both the cases is underway.
