Two theft cases reported in Kathmandu Sunday
KATHMANDU: At least two incidents of theft cases were reported from assorted locations of Kathmandu on Sunday.
Property worth Rs 432,000 was stolen from adjacent rented rooms of Krishna Giri and Krishna Prasad Adhikari in Kumaristhan, Balaju, KMC-16.
The stolen valuables include Rs 95,000 cash and gold jewellery, police said today.
In another case, gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 365,000 was stolen from the house of Barsha Manandhar in Gangkhel, KMC-14 yesterday.
Local police stations have launched manhunts to nab the absconding suspects.
