KATHMANDU: Police on Saturday arrested two youth for their alleged involvement in vandalising a parked taxi in Balaju, KMC-16.

Yujan Chhetri (21), a permanent resident of Bidur of Nuwakot, and Anish Sitaula (21), a permanent resident of Damauli of Tanahun, were arrested from around the local Bhat-Bhateni Super Market in Balaju today.

Police impounded a scooter they were riding on (Ba 67 Pa 2619) and a sharp weapon from their possession.

Earlier, the security personnel were reported that the two persons riding on the two-wheeler smashed glasses of the parked cab (Ba 2 Ja 2516) today.

Further investigation is underway.
