UCPN-M to adopt utmost flexibility to make talks with UDMF result-oriented
KATHMANDU: The ruling coalition partner UCPN-Maoist has decided to adopt maximum flexibility to make talks with the agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) result-oriented.
A meeting of the party's office bearers held on Wednesday made the decision to this effect.
After the blockade at entry points at Nepal-India border started taking its toll on public life, party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who also heads the High-Level Political Coordination Committee, took the initiative to end the Tarai unrest by addressing the demands of the Front as soon as possible, leading to formal and informal talks with all the stakeholders.
