KATHMANDU: The meeting of ruling UCPN-Maoist was deferred today due to the busy schedule of party chairman, Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

The CC meeting could not be held today as Chairman Dahal had to be busy in bilateral and multilateral meetings among political parties for the resumption of Parliament proceedings, according to Hit Raj Pandey, the chief secretary of the Maoist  central office.

The CC meeting would be held tomorrow, according to him.

The Maoist CC has been holding discussion on the political report for a week.
