KATHMANDU: As expected the UCPN-Maoist lawmakers disrupted the House session on Friday as well. As a result the House could not hold a debate on the allocation bill of the budget which was scheduled for today’s session. The UCPN-Maoist has been obstructing the House proceedings since five months demanding a House debate on their demands on ‘civilian supremacy’.
