UDMF announces withdrawal of support, walks out of House
KATHMANDU: Parties affiliated to the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) on Wednesday formally announced that they have withdrawn their support extended to the incumbent government.
Representing the UDMF, Tarai Madhes Sadbhawana Party Chairman Mahendra Raya Yadav announced so in the meeting of the Legislature-Parliament today.
Announcing the same, the constituent parties of the agitating bloc walked out of the House.
Stating that the three-point agreement between the agitating parties and the ruling parties signed before the election of Pushpa Kamal Dahal to the premiership was not implemented, Yadav announced the withdrawal of the support.
Meanwhile, lawmaker Ram Krishna Yadav drew the attention of the government to pass the Constitution amendment bill before the local level elections were held.

Meanwhile, the Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal, the biggest constituent of the UDMF, met Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar today and informed her in writing that the party withdrew the support to the government.
A Parliamentary Party meeting held today made the decision, read a letter signed by the PP leader Ashok Rai.
