UML to discuss statute issues at politburo

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is holding a politburo meeting on Saturday to discuss the issues pertaining to constitution writing and others.

The meeting scheduled for Saturday is being held after receiving people's feedback on the preliminary draft of the new constitution.

According to UML Secretary, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, discussions would be held on constitution writing process, organisational procedures of the party and review of party's national volunteer campaign launched after the devastating earthquake.

Likewise, the central committee meeting of the UML is scheduled to begin on Sunday.
