KATHMANDU: UNESCO and Goi Peace Foundation are set to organise an international essay writing competition on 'The role of science in building a better world'.

Individuals not exceeding 25 years of age can submit their essay of up to 800 words by June 30. According to UNESCO, the essay in English, French, Spanish or German language can be e-mailed at essay@goipeace.or.jp.

The award ceremony will be held in Tokyo in November.
