KATHMANDU: The effects of westerly wind have brought weather variation and shower in different parts of the country including Kathmandu Valley today.

According to Meteorologist Ganga Nagarkoti, the westerly wind effects have been mostly visible in eastern and central parts, and also the western hilly regions in the country.

There has been weather variation and brief showers in different parts of Kathmandu since Friday morning.

"Significant rainfall is possible across these regions from this afternoon onwards," said Nagarkoti.
