Kathmandu, November 15:

The Fourth Himalayan White River Challenge 2005 on the white waters of Bhotekoshi and Sunkoshi will be held later this month. Both national and international participants are scheduled to take part in various rafting and kayaking competitions.

Around 250 Nepalis, plus international participants, are expected to take part in the event which will be held from November 19-21. However, Nepali and international participants will have separate competitions. Three top Nepali winners will walk away with prizes worth $ 400, $ 300 and $ 200 respectively. The international participants will be awarded with certificates.
