Kathmandu, August 16:

Eighteen-year-old Sudarshan Dhungana, a resident of Namuna VDC-5 in Bhaktapur, who is suffering from breast cancer, has appealed to all to help save his life.

The Namuna VDC has recommended for financial support to Dhungana, who is studying at Balmeeki Campus. Dr Moti Gurung of the Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital has said that Dhungana needs six cycles of chemotherapy.

According to his elder brother Radha Krishna Dhungana, doctors have said he needs Rs 150,000 to cover the total cost of his treatment.Dhungana, whose father died recently, said he was diagnosed with cancer 40 days ago and that he has no source of income to cover the treatment cost.
