Dubai's thriving wellness community experienced a unique fusion of fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle as BFB x IM8 by David Beckham hosted an exclusive beachfront wellness retreat at Delano Dubai, Bluewaters, on September 28.
The morning-long event, led by celebrity trainer Bishal Kandel, founder of Befitwithbishal (BFB), offered a holistic program designed to energize the body and reset the mind. Participants began the retreat with a high-intensity beach workout, followed by a calming yoga flow by the ocean and a restorative sound healing session.
The retreat concluded with a wholesome beachfront breakfast featuring vibrant bowls, fresh bakes, and clean, energizing beverages - a reflection of the event's focus on mindful yet enjoyable living.
A collaboration between BFB and IM8 by David Beckham, the retreat also featured some of Dubai's leading wellness brands, including Plaay by Rashi Choudhary, Ryze, Wellvibe, and Rite. Guests enjoyed Ryze Kombucha, which added a refreshing and health-forward touch to the experience.
