KATHMANDU, AUGUST 14
The Oshodhara Nepal Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra is set to organize a Dhyan Yog and Prema Pragya program in Kathmandu from August 19 to 21. The event will take place at the Alfabeta Complex in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
Dhyan Yog is a three-day non-residential program specifically designed for beginners in meditation or those who have struggled to progress in their practice. According to the organizers, the program aims to dispel common misconceptions about meditation and provide participants with a genuine understanding of its true essence.
Prema Pragya, another component of the event, focuses on helping participants connect with their inner energy. This wisdom-oriented program guides individuals in purifying their energy, allowing them to harness its potential to achieve personal goals. Rooted in the principles of the law of attraction, Prema Pragya is designed to help people release negativity and stress, thereby promoting a more positive and vibrant aura, the organizers said.
The program will run from 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM on the first two days and from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM on the final day. The organizers emphasized that these programs are intended to deepen participants' understanding of meditation and invited all interested individuals and teams to join this journey, noting that learning is a continuous process with no end.
"This program is supported by Alfa Care Diagnostics, an ISO 15189 certified A-grade laboratory, to promote a holistic approach to healthy living," said a representative from Alfa Care. "As a healthcare provider, we believe it is our responsibility to raise awareness about health consciousness among everyone."
