Marinated in lemon zest and olive tapenade, chicken with lemon and roseberry, pork with garlic and soya.

Paramita’s Verdict: “Fish was my favourite among all the barbeques. It just melted in my mouth. Chicken and pork barbeque tastes yummy.”

Summer Borscht: Combination of beet root, sour cream and olives makes summer borscht perfect for this summer.

Paramita’s Verdict: “I just love experimenting and the summer borscht was a new

experience. The burst of flavours are still on my tongue, it’s refreshing.”

Desserts

The sweetest part of the whole cuisine; desserts consists of full palate of éclairs, sacher slice, kiwi tart, strawberry mousse, and mango shooter with cream. In fact, it’s not as sweet as desserts are supposed to be but it’s

certainly flavoursome.

Paramita’s Verdict: “Real treat. I am not much of a dessert lover but this dessert is something special. Mixture of sweet, rich chocolates, fruits, dry cakes gives the whole dessert a fruity taste.”

Overall Verdict

"Most of the dishes are new to me. But I love the mixed flavours of all the dishes. I enjoyed swimming too. Made for a perfect summer day. Hyatt’s hospitality is praiseworthy.I had a lovely day. "
