PM Oli's contemporary professor KR Khambhu to release his autobiography
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's contemporary professor KR Khambu is all set to release his autobiography 'Chaya Ko Laskar' before Dashain festival, Nepalaya, the book publication house said.
During the Jhapa revolution, the author, who was a student leader, had shared his political journey with the incumbent Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and other communist leaders.
The book will unveil the author's personal life, social and political environment of that time, Nepalya said adding that the autobiography is centred around his childhood in Khotang, upbringing in Terai and student political life in Kathmandu.
The author, who lost the sight of both his eyes during his post-doctorate studies, uses latest software in his laptop to broaden his knowledge.
After retiring from his political career, the author is currently associated with Mechi Campus. "I am very excited that my book will be launched soon," KR Khambu said.
The book is priced at Rs 545.
