TVS new commuter bike offers premium design and style

Jagdamba Motors, authorised distributor of TVS is all set to introduce its new bike — Victor in the Nepali market. The commuter bike is expected to be launched in the domestic market by the first week of June. The Victor now brings a more contemporary design keeping comfort as the primary prerequisite.

“Victor is a feature pack 110 cc motorbike, but it is going to compete with 125 cc segment bikes in the market,” said Alok Josee, General Manager of Sales at Jagdamba Motors, adding, “With the launch of this bike, we expect sales will increase by 15 per cent.” Citing that the Ecothrust engine and tubeless tyres has made Victor unique from others bikes in the segment, he said, “Victor carries a premium design and style and provides better mileage in comparison to other two-wheelers in the 110 cc segment.”

Equipped with a powerful 110 cc, 3V Ecothrust, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, Victor delivers a maximum power of 9.6 PS at 7500 rpm and peak torque of 9.4 Nm at 6000 rpm. This commuter bike claims to provide outstanding mileage of 76 kmpl. According to him, this bike will compete with the likes of Bajaj Discover, Mahindra Centuro, and Hero Passion Pro.

The motorcycle has telescopic oil damped front suspension and five-step adjustable hydraulic series spring rear suspension. TVS has designed the engine with a unique combustion chamber oil-cooling jacket around it for better performance.

Victor gains a sharper look with new headlamp, which gives a sporty look with advanced designs. Its switchgear quality is impressive with likeable performance, comfortable riding position and stylish look.

The fuel tank has been well designed making the bike look even more stylish. It offersa semi digital instrument for the motorcycle with white background tachometer and digital fuel gauge.

Its tubeless tyres with superior grip ensure safety and stability of both bike and rider. The braking system is handled by a 240 mm petal disc up front and a 110 mm drum at the rear. Some of its other features are five-spoke alloy rims, stainless steel handlebar, dual rear shock absorbers, and clear lens turn indicators and black tail pipe. It also gets a conventional heel-and-toe gear shifter.

The bike offers the longest and widest comfortable seat. The dynamics, brakes and stability is all that can be expected from the new Victor 110 cc. This commuter bike is available in six shades — Blissful Blue, Generous Grey, Beatific Black Silver, Serene Silver, Restful Red and Balanced Black Red.
