The Bagmati clean-up campaign leader and former Chief Secretary Leela Mani Paudyal, who is now appointed as Nepal’s Ambassador to China, given farewell by National Forum of Photo Journalists (NFPJ), at Guhyeshwari, on the bank of Bagmati River, on Saturday, November 12, 2016. Paudyal had been leading the clean-up campaign since it was launched on May 19, 2013.
