KATHMANDU: Dhuturu, a one-year-old female bear was brought at a shelter in the Central Zoo in Kathmandu, on Thursday.

The bear was rescued by the team of Sneha's Care from Danda Tole, from Lahan Muncipality in Siraha district.

The physically weak captive bear was forced to perfom dance on the streets. She will be kept in the Zoo before relocating her to a wildlife bear sanctuary in India.
