MYAGDI: A man died and seven others were injured in a road accident on the border of Myagdi and Mustang districts along the Beni-Jomsom road section on Saturday evening.

According to Myagdi District Police Office, the incident occurred when a jeep (Dha 1 Ja 9369) heading to Beni of Myagdi from Jomsom fell off the road in Badarjung cliff in the area.

The deceased has been identified as Rajendra KC (26) of Beni Municiplaity-7 of the district.

DSP Hira Giri said that two individuals are receiving treatment at Beni while five others were rushed to Pokhara.
