BHIMDUTTANAGAR: A minor died and two others were taken ill after eating a dead chicken at Jhalari-Pipaladi Municipality-11 in Kanchanpur on Friday.

Police informed that six-year-old Golma BK died at her home while her mother Nanda and eight-year-old brother Nilam, who fell ill after consuming the chicken, are undergoing treatment at the New Jhalari Clinic at Jhalari.

It has been learned that the family members including the deceased had consumed the dead chicken which they found on the road on Wednesday evening.
