BIRGUNJ: A motorcycle rider heading to Belwa from Birgunj died on the spot when he was hit by a tractor loaded with sand in Milan Chowk, Parsa along the Tribhuvan Rajpath on Monday morning. According to the police the deceased has been identified as Bashir Allam, 55, of Chaparkaiya, Birgunj-2. The driver is still at large, informed the police.
