10 arrested in connection to flesh trade along Araniko Highway
BHAKTAPUR: Jagati-based Metropolitan Police Circle on Friday arrested 10 persons involved in prostitution at various restaurants and guest houses along the Araniko Highway.
As many as six men, including a restaurant owner, and four women were arrested when the police raided the Tropical Paradise and Garden Home Restaurant, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mitra Bandhu Sharma said.
The police had raided five restaurants, guest houses and cafe shops on either side of the Highway following the complaints of extensive flesh trade.
