RAUTAHAT: Two persons were killed while 10 have gone missing when a boat capsized in Bakaiya River of Ruatahat district late Monday evening. Police said the boat was heading to Maryadapur VDC from Katahariya VDC. The deceased have been identified as 40-year-old wife of Jagadish Barai and 35-year-old wife of Ram Chandra Yadav, residents of Maryadapur VDC. Police suspect the misfortune could have been caused by the swollen river.
