In an incident what appears to be an utter carelessness of the concerned authority, a school is running with parallel administration from the past one and half months because there are two headmasters appointed for the post. The Shanti Kalyan School at Gerkhu-2 near Bidur municipality has two headmasters — Rajendra Prasad Nepal and Nawaraj Lama. Both of them claim to be appointed for the post by the DEO and to strengthen their cases they both have appointment letters issued by the office. Interestingly, the school has only four teachers and two of them claim to be the headmaster which hampeed the smooth running of the school.
