DAMAULI: A biker and a pillion were critically injured after a motorbike they were riding on went under a tractor at Byas Municipality-11 of Tanahun.

The injured have been identified as biker Madan Shrestha (18) of Byas-11 and pillion rider Akash Shrestha of Byas-2.

The incident occured when the two-wheeler (Ga 9 Pa 5312) tried to over take the four-wheeler (Ga 1 Ta 3662) heading towards Damauli from Buldi, the District Police Office, Tanahun, informed.

Police said that they are receiving treatment at the Damauli-based Ratnahari Hospital.

Police said that they have impounded the tractor and arrested its driver for investigation.
