PARASI: At least two persons were killed and another ten people injured in separate incidents in different parts of the country on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Krishna Sapkota, 18, of Damek, Baglung. He died when he fell off the bus in Amarapuri, Nawalparasi. The police said that the bus driver and the bus have been taken into custody after the incident.

Likewise, a man was killed and another two were injured when a truck fell into the Trishuli River in Ghusa VDC-1 Dhading. The deceased is yet to be identified. The injured are undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital in Kathmandu.

In a separate incident at least eight persons were injured when a truck collided with a bus heading from Kathmandu to Birgunj in Khairahari, Chitwan.
