DADELDHURA: Two persons were killed and six others were injured when two buses collided along the Bhimdatta Highway in Doti district this afternoon.

It is yet to establish the identities of the deceased, said police.

The bus (Na 5 Kha 6081) heading towards Baitadi from Mahendranagar collided with another bus coming from the opposite direction killing two passengers at Gogan Pani of Jorayal Rural Municipality in the district today, said SP Madhusudan Luitel at the District Police Office (DPO), Doti.

The injured have been rushed to the Kailali-based Seti Zonal Hospital for treatment, SP Luitel informed.
