26 Nepalis stranded in Malaysia

TERHATHUM: Twenty-six Nepali youths, who reached Malaysia for foreign employment, have been stranded at Sumangjaya airport for the last three days. They had gone there through Larthco Rara Manpower Company in Kathmandu.

They have been stranded as the representative of Loshar Menjor Company did not show up to receive them at the airport. They had landed at the airport on Friday morning.

Talking over the telephone, Prem Kumar Tumkhewa of Okhre-3 in Tehrathum said, “We have been stranded here for the last three days as nobody came to receive us.”

The stranded includes Gopal Prasad Dhakal of Okhre, Nar Bahadur Gurung of Ranitar Panchthar, Sagar Chemjong of Dhankuta, Rishiram Limbu of Taplejung, Umesh Kumar Limbu and Bijaya Limbu of Jhapa.
