DAMAULI: Three persons have been injured after two motorcycles collided head-on at Dulegaunda of Tanahun district on Wednesday.

Tanahun District Police Office said riders Lalan Giri (29) of Parsa district and Madan Singh Rana (32) of Byas-2, Tanahun, and pillion rider Manju Maya Rana (31) have sustained serious injuries in the accident.

Riding on a motorcycle with registration number Ga 4 Pa 4999, Rana was heading towards Pokhara from Damauli, while Giri coming from the opposite direction from Dulegaunda to Damauli.

After providing first aid treatment at Setiganga Community Hospital, the injured were sent to Pokhara-based Gandaki Medical College for further treatment.

Police have impounded the bikes for investigation.
