Lamjung: As many as 35 VDCs of Lamjung district have been declared completely immunised after children between one year and 23 months of age were administered the necessary vaccines.

According to Lamjung District Public Health Office, the 35 VDC got all of the children vaccinated to bag the status of fully immunised village.

Krishna Pokhrel, supervisor at DPHO, said the children were administered vaccinations against BCG, DPT, Hepatitis B, polio and DPT, among other ailments.

Surya Pal was the first VDC to be declared completely immunised on March 10.
