70 containers delivered

Kathmandu, December 12:

India today handed over to Nepal 70 containers meant for storing weapons in cantonments.

On behalf of the Indian ambassador, the consul general of India CG Rao handed over the containers to the central coordinator, Office for Cantonment Management at the Home Ministry, Sushil Jung Rana, in Birgunj, the Indian Embassy said in a press release.

“The Indian government has borne all related costs in response to the request, received from the government of Nepal in the last week of November.”
