LAHAN: As many as 700 patients including 335 women were provided with free health services in a daylong health camp at Golbazaar in Siraha on Saturday evening.

Six doctors and health workers provided free health services to the needy in the camp organised by the Area Police Office, Golbazar. The patients were given eye, ear, gynecology, pediatrics and other services. Video x-ray service was also provided to 24 patients.

It is said that 20 patients, out of the total visitors in the health camp, have suffered from the cataract.

Police Inspector Santosh Niraula said that medicines worth over Rs 300,000 were also given to the patients after the health camp.
