KATHMANDU: Dhwajman Moktan, a karate player from Sindhuli, carried out sting operations to expose corruption of Rs 7.8 million involving former commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority Raj Narayan Pathak.

The videos shot by Moktan forced Pathak to step down. Moktan, who is about 40, is central committee member of the Nepal Karate Federation. “Nowadays he is engaged in his own business and is involved in politics as well,” a source said without elaborating.
