BHOJPUR: At least two persons died when a tipper knocked the motorbike they were riding in Itahari sub-metropolitan city, Udaypur on Tuesday. The deceased were husband and wife. The deceased have been identified as Yam Rai, 35, and his wife Dhan Kumari Rai, 35, of Dharan. Eastern Regional Police Office said Yam died on the spot whereas Dhan Kumari breathed her last while undergoing treatment at the B P Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan. Police have detained the tipper driver. The  vehicle has also been seized, informed police. Police are investigating into the accident.
