‘Foreign forces’ blamed for delay in CA polls
Biratnagar, April 28:
Chairman of the All Nepal National Independent Students’ Union-Revolutionary Leknath Neupane today blamed foreign forces for the delay of constituent assembly polls.
Speaking at a press conference here, Neupane said, “Several changes took place in the country and several documents have been prepared to expedite the change but they continue to remain on paper only.”
Saying that the MPs have to decide the fate of monarchy by declaring a republic, he said, “If announcement of a republic by the parliament were to be illegal, then all the decisions made by the parliament will also be wrong.”
