Cadres of agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front disrupted an interaction programme attended by Deputy Speaker Ganga Prasad Yadav in his home district Saptari today.

Local leaders and cadres of UDMF disrupted the interaction programme held at Mahabir Higher Secondary School in Hanumannagar Yoginimai Municipality.

Deputy Speaker Yadav had organised the programme to discuss construction of school building.

While Yadav was having an interaction with locals, a group of agitators led by treasurer of Sadbhawana Party Sailesh Kumar Sah disrupted the function. Sah said Yadav had left for his home after the interaction was disrupted.

Yadav said that he had reached the school with some politicians to discuss the school’s progress. He had studied up to Grade seven at Mahabir School. Yadav claimed that they had cut short the programme after UDMF cadres requested them to do so.
