Kathmandu: Drawing the attention of the international community towards the prohibitions imposed by the government against the media, the Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has urged the government to withdraw the prohibitions and allow freedom of expression in the country.

It has urged the international community and donors to freeze aid to Nepal and “severe ties with the RNA and other security bodies.” — HNS
