KATHMANDU: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has decided to strip Tashi Ghale of honorary chairmanship on Thursday. ANFA's working committee meeting today took the decision to this effect. With this decision, Ghale and ANFA have now parted ways.

Earlier, Incumbent President Karma Tsering Sherpa panel had conferred honorary chairmanship to Ghale for his role in electing Sherpa to the helm of ANFA.

However, ANFA has accused Ghale of providing audio clips to four agitating football associations chairman as evidence of financial irregularities during the May election.
